Growing up in a family that loves to cook and made a living out of it.

My dream was always to own my own Restaurant          (LA VILLA), in which to recreate all those recipes using only natural ingredients.

The same way my grandmother and mother used to do it back in my home country.

Living a minimalist life style in my own home  I wanted to do the same for my restaurant: Simple & Clean.

A place where people can come, relax and enjoy delicious meals.

We season and give color to our food with freshly cut ingredients:    garlic, herbs, dry chilies and sea salt.

Nothing taste more delicious than a taco with a freshly hand pressed corn tortilla.
